It was very fruitfully the past week spent by Vicente Bagnoli in Porto. First, for attending the International Competition Network – ICN Annual Conference and join as speaker the breakout session of the Advocacy Working Group entitled “Innovative Tools to Advocate and Promote Competition” which aimed to foster experience-sharing among ICN members with regards to novel methods or mechanisms that agencies use in order to reach different audiences as part of their efforts to promote competition. Second, for delivering a lecture about “The Big Data Relevant Market” at the International Conference of Competition Challenges in Digital Markets held by the Catholic Portuguese University. Third, for attending the Pre-ICN Forum on New Trends in Global Competition Policy a joint conference between the International Bar Association – IBA, the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC and the World Bank Group.
